Ebony M. Jones-Kuye is the author of Stand for Something Or Stand for Nothing which is a true story based on how my mother and I faced devasting situations and not only fought to hold on to each other when we had nothing left to hold onto, but also to stand strong against the opposition that threatened to make us feel small and invisible. We stood up against one of the richest men in the world...former NBA Clippers Basketball Team Owner Donald Sterling!

 

Professionally I work in HR with over 12 years experience in the industry. I am married to a wonderful man and I have one daughter that is 21-years-old. I have degrees and certificates in HR and Management. I am a proud member of Top Ladies of Distinction-Los Angeles chapter. I want to share our story to help uplift anyone especially the disenfranchised and women of color who are living in hard times and feel that they can’t achieve their dreams. Use our story to empower you and give you hope. This story will prove that it doesn’t really matter who you are or where you come from!
